1.Information we collect
Information you provide. We collect the contact details you enter, such as your email address and any name, phone number or organization you choose to provide, together with your waitlist request or the content of your inquiry. We may record the submission date, source form, communication preferences and the version of the terms or notice shown at submission.
Technical information. When you visit or submit a form, our website infrastructure and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages and security or error logs needed to deliver and protect the Site. These records may identify or be associated with a visitor.
Please do not submit sensitive information, identification documents, financial details, passwords or wallet recovery phrases. We do not request these through the landing page.
2.How we use information
We use information to maintain the waitlist, send requested launch and access updates, respond to inquiries, manage communication preferences, operate and troubleshoot the Site, prevent spam and misuse, protect records, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. We do not treat a contact inquiry as permission for unrelated marketing. We do not use landing page information to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated processing.
3.Providers and other disclosures
We use Supabase to support our database and backend services, including storage and processing of waitlist and contact submissions. We also use providers needed to host and deliver the Site and handle company email. These providers receive information as needed to perform services for us, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. Authorized personnel and contractors may access information as needed for their work.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect people and systems, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal rights. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate confidentiality protections. We may also disclose information at your direction. Contact submissions and waitlist records are not public listings.
